Yes, Mercury is retrograde. No, you are not doomed.

As the daughter of an astrologer, it is wild to see how mainstream Mercury Retrograde has become.

When I was a kid, no one around me even knew what it was. I remember being on the playground in elementary school, warning friends not to start certain things because Mercury was retrograde. 

And now...it's a thing. 

That rise in awareness is beautiful It shows how much our collective consciousness is evolving. But, sometimes, in all the memes and warnings, something gets lost:

• We are not at the mercy of Mercury

• Spirit always leads

• The planets are part of the orchestra, but they are not the conductor. 

Retrogrades can bring powerful reflections. They ask us to slow down, look again, and realign. But they don't override your inner truth.
